How to make an order on Magnifico.

To help you find exactly what you’re looking for, we provide three different ways of browsing through our products.

1. Category – Use the drop-down menu on the Homepage to find the area you’re looking for, and then narrow down your search further with the sub-category options on the left of the results page. We’ve only put our most popular departments on our home page; if you’re looking for a more specialised medium, you may need to use the ‘watch all products’ button to find it. 

2. Quick Search – If you have a product in mind or are looking for new ideas from a favourite manufacturer, then this might be the best way for you to navigate our catalogue. Use the Search bar  to bring up a full list of the branded products we stock. You just have to write down a keyword and without pressing enter, wait until all the products are being displayed.

3. Attribute Search – Using the search box in the top section of the site will allow you to filter through our entire catalogue at once. Performing a search for a term such as ‘acrylic’ will produce popular search terms, The result will bring you to a full search results page that can be filtered further on the left hand side of the screen, whereas the latter will take you straight to product pages for a closer look at our stock. 

Magnifico Beaux Arts gives you the possibility to create a personalised wishlist which is easily sharable!

Let them know what you’d really like to receive and save them the hassle of buying the wrong thing for a special occasion. Or simplify checking, when buying a group present, whether a product is the perfect thing for the artist in your life, by sharing it with multiple people at the same time. It’s also great for creating a list of items for teachers to share with their students.

Once you’ve opened our homepage, you can add products to your Wishlist by clicking the Heart button, located among the other main buttons for each product. This will add your product in your own wishlist. You can now see all the products you’ve selected, by clicking the button next to the Cart one.

If you can’t find it, maybe it’s because it’s out of stock right now and it has been took off.  Our suppliers usually re-stock in 1-5 days (week days). When It becomes available, you will see it on the store again.

If you can’t add it probably it’s because that variation you are trying to select (or warehouse supplies ) is/are out of stock.

Another case is when the product you selected (or warehouse) cannot be shipped to your country

In the latter you may try and select another variation or shipping warehouse.

We are always working with our suppliers to keep the lowest price possibile. But still It may happen that the price will return to it’s original price tag.

Mainly it’s because of a high deman/ low stock situation. That’s why if you see a really good price, than go for it! 
Prices will regularly return normal after a while but if you think there is a problem with a weird price point, feel free to let us notice it writing to :

To begin the checkout process, go to ‘My Basket’ in the top right of the screen, then click on ‘View Basket’. Here you can review the items you’re about to purchase, get a rough idea of the cost to ship the order, and apply voucher codes. When you’re ready, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be asked to do so now. Logging in is a good choice for customers who are likely to order again in the future, as it allows you to save your shipping and billing addresses.

We are unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. If you have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

We only use as payments methods the most secure gateways: Paypal and Stripe.We won’t accept any payment method that doesn’t guarantee you the safest way to buy on our site. Your Data is totally Safe.

Magnifico Beaux Arts will never store on our server your payment data, this is to protect you from data leaks. If you use Stripe, as a secure payment provider, their servers are the only ones that keep your payments data connected to your Magnifico account.

How does shipping works on Magnifico? How can you get "Free shipping?" Read this to find the answers.


The method of shipping and cost are determined by items ordered, weight, size and destination. This will be solved by our team, so that you do not have to do it.

Some items cannot ship outside of the mainland of the warehouse. This may includes any hazardous or flammable materials. Notification will be given if this applies. Free shipping does not apply on Islands orders.

We established a one-flat-fee policy to help every costumer get their products the easiest way possibile. This flat rate may change over time and from country to country. To find out an exact shipping cost for your nation/country,  please add your desired items to the cart and set a delivery address to your basket. 

If you have just ordered your product, it may needs from 2 to 5 working days to set up your order for shipping.  We will send your products out as soon as they are ready to be shipped. Even individually in that case. For each order o products you will receive a specific tracking code to follow its delivery. You will receive it automatically by e-mail .

Please note The delivery process may takes from 14 to 21 days. It depends on the warehouse location that stores your products.

Merchandise orders totaling $79.95 or more ship for free via Magnifico Int’l Priority Mail Best Value whenever possible. Oversized or overweight orders will ship via a freight line. In those cases, the free freight offer includes curbside delivery only. Additional services performed at the time of the delivery such as lift gate and inside delivery will incur additional charges. 


Exceptions: Additional shipping charges will be added to factory-direct shipments, and shipments to certain countries. Some examples: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Cuba and so on.

Shipments of certain stocked art materials will be made by truck and will be billed an additional charge. These art materials include: paper and kraft rolls (500 and 1000 ft rolls); stretched canvas 36″ × 36″ and larger; linoleum rolls; any combination of clay, plaster, sand, and molding material totaling 50 lbs or more; packages of foamboard. 

Some stocked furniture and easels will be shipped by truck and customers may be billed an additional cost.

We will start the HyperProtection policy in 24-48h (working days)  if the item you receive does not conform to the description or if it comes damaged for causes directly attributable to “Magnifico Beaux Arts”. It starts as soon as you can give us evidence of the problems. You can get a refund in a maximum of 15 days after the end of the application process.

Please Note the follow:

-Not all countries served by Magnifico Beaux Arts provide the “Free Returns” service. Currently, countries offering this service include the continental territories of Italy, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, Poland, Netherlands, Brazil, United States, Canada, Australia, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea.

– In addition, not all products on are subject to the free return service. The supplier can choose whether or not to offer this additional service. 

– The package has to be returned to the local return address indicated.

-Return costs shall be borne by the buyer.

Yes, since the return costs are borne by the buyer, for fine art products up to a value of $15.99 (per single products) there is no return transaction, as the shipping costs would be higher than the cost of the product.
